PilavTour is a trading name of Pilav Destination Management MChJ, a tour operator based in Samarkand, Uzbekistan. We are the principal party to your booking contract: we design, sell, and deliver the tour ourselves, and we are the party you’re contracting with, not an intermediary. Where we use local suppliers for specific services (transport, accommodation, guiding), they act as our subcontractors under our instructions, not as independent businesses you separately contract with. Payment is made to us, and any refund is processed by us under our own cancellation policy.
